What we collect. Your name, email address and mobile number; your appointment details; the answers you give about your hair; any reference photos you choose to upload; and — only if you choose to provide them, with your consent — notes about product sensitivities or allergies.

Why. To manage your appointments, contact you about them, and provide a safe, personalised service. With your separate permission only, we may send occasional marketing emails or use photos of your finished hair on our website and social media.

Who can see it. Your information is visible only to the studio. Sensitivity notes are encrypted and visible only to your stylist. Payments are handled by Stripe and emails are delivered by our email provider; they process data on our behalf.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing or photo permission at any time, by contacting us.
